the apartment exceeded our expectations, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was nicely appointed, very clean, and had a washing machine and hairdryer which were convenient. the location was excellent, in the bustling heart of the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do. the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with coffee, bottled water, and detailed explanations of the room. We also appreciated the shuttle service arranged by the host, which had outstanding drivers. Cons: No 🙁.

We had a really comfortable stay in Athens close to the city centre, all the famous archeological sites and markets and the tourist spots in Athens. We loved the owner.

Good to have climate control, a sofa bed, and an iron. City view from the windows. Location to visit sight seeing everything is so convenient. Nice drinks at Drunk Sinatra, nestled 400 m away...

We absolutely loved our stay at Praxitelis Luxury Apartments. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from Monastiraki. We were thrilled with the proximity to bars and restaurants, making the evenings very enjoyable. The level of comfort during our stay was outstanding.

All in all, it is good home base for staying in Athens. It has favourable setting in the heart of Athens. Also, the apartment is near to the tourist spots in Athens, restaurants, metro and bus.

The apartment was mind-blowing! It exceeded all expectations and more. Located in a less busy part of town but just a few minutes walk to all the attractions. The owners were super friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where to go and eat. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including free snacks and bathroom amenities. There's even a small supermarket, bar, and loukumades joint right next door. The owners were always available and even arranged a transfer to the airport. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

I recently stayed at Praxitelis Luxury Apartments for a week-long vacation with my family. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, from the moment we arrived to when we departed. They greeted us warmly and assisted with our luggage, and even arranged reliable transportation for us during our stay. The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with three AC units to beat the summer heat. Its central location made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. our stay was comfortable and memorable thanks to the wonderful hosts and well-maintained property.

I had an amazing stay at Praxitelis Luxury Apartments! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary equipment. The location was perfect, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The host, Thanos, was excellent and ensured everything was taken care of, including arranging our taxi back to the airport. The apartment was also secure and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this property!

The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but that is a personal preference. Additionally, the apartment was located next to a nightclub, so there was some noise on Saturday nights.
